Shipping
When will my order ship?
At The Gift Shop, we make every effort to ship your order as quickly as possible. Most in-stock orders ship within 24 hours. Orders are processed and shipped Monday through Friday, excluding weekends and national holidays.
What address should I use?
Please provide a physical residential or business address for delivery. We are not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect or undeliverable address provided at checkout. If a package is returned to us, a refund will be issued for the merchandise less shipping charges.
How long does processing take?
Orders typically ship within three business days of being placed. While we strive to keep our collections in stock, some items may occasionally be on backorder. In these cases, your order will be held and shipped together once all items are available. If you prefer multiple shipments, we're happy to accommodate your request for an additional shipping fee.
What shipping options do you offer?
UPS Ground: Estimated delivery in 3–5 business days after processing.
UPS Expedited: Orders placed by 12:00 PM ET on a business day will be processed the same day. Orders received after noon will ship the following business day.
Returns
We want you to love your purchase. We are happy to offer exchanges or store credit on eligible merchandise returned within 14 days of purchase. Store credit is valid for 12 months from the date it is issued.
Returned merchandise must be unused, in its original condition, and in the original packaging. Items showing signs of wear, damage, or alteration cannot be accepted.
Sale merchandise and special-order items are final sale and are not eligible for return, exchange, or store credit. Items ordered specifically from a manufacturer are considered special orders and cannot be canceled or returned once the order has been placed.
How do I start a return?
Please contact us with your order information and the reason for your return. Once approved, securely package your items in their original boxes and ship them to:

Returns must be postmarked within 14 days of receiving your order. We recommend using a shipping service that provides tracking. Once your return has been received and inspected, we'll notify you regarding your exchange or store credit.

Beautiful presentation is part of the experience. We are delighted to offer our signature gift wrapping for weddings, birthdays, baby gifts, holidays, and every occasion in between.
If your purchase is not from a gift registry, simply leave your gift message and wrapping preferences in the notes section at checkout, and we'll take care of the rest.
